Recruitment
Our recruitment strategy includes making the job manageable, eradicating unnecessary workload and developing arrangements that support flexible working. We invest in and embed cultures that create a sense of value through ongoing professional development and innovative coaching strategies. Every Friday our schools close at lunchtime to enable staff to benefit from worthwhile CPD.
We have also removed ‘traditional’ forms of appraisal and performance management in favour of individual action plans. We are also heavily involved in the development and positive utilisation of AI and are working closely with the Department for Education and other schools to effect positive changes in this arena.
